Piano Wizards has been amazing to work with! The communication is excellent, and they truly appreciate these pianos and care about their work. LeAnn helped me navigate the move of a baby grand from a private residence to its new home in a nearby church. Piano Wizards also helped dispose of the church’s old piano, which was in disrepair. They have my highest recommendation.

Great customer service from start to finish. One call gave me phenomenal pricing, courteous scheduling and prompt answers to all my questions. I’ve used them twice in 4 months and both times the teams moving my piano treated it like the treasure it is to me. Excellent! Highly recommended. Communication prior to the move was great. I received a phone call from the driver, letting me know they were on their way. The guys were all friendly, checked out the situation prior to loading up the piano, and proceeded as planned. Everything went super smoothly. A well-oiled machine!

They took excellent care of the piano, and were upfront about their pricing – they were also surprisingly affordable (especially compared to other moving companies I got quotes from). I recently hired Piano Wizards to move my baby grand piano. This was after having another company fail to accomplish the job and left the piano on the basement floor. They were able to come and properly assess the tools needed to move it, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the team provided excellent service. They were prompt, professional, and handled my piano with extreme care. What stood out most was their efficiency, they performed the entire job quickly and seamlessly, without sacrificing attention to detail.

But the real testament to their dedication came after the move. They noticed my piano pedals weren’t functioning properly, this was always the case, and without any hesitation, they came back to fix them. This level of commitment and thoroughness is rare, and it really went above and beyond my expectations.
